Description

The two cottages are identical and can shelter 4 people each, children and babies included. Each cottage has a tree-shaded terrace covered with vegetation. Their conception and position, as well as the abundant shrubs separating them, isolate each cottage from the sounds or sight from the other. Everyone’s privacy is perfectly preserved.

The tiled swimming pool is not fenced in order to better enjoy a swim at anytime. Its use is not limited and you can bathe at all time. The compliance with the French legislation concerning swimming pool safety is assured with an alarm.

The garden is entirely closed with a fence. The private and closed car park is situated at the garden’s entry.

Garden and swimming pool furniture are at your disposal: barbecue, table, chairs, deckchairs, sunshade, tennis table.

Each house is composed of a vast living room with an open kitchen (Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 hob turner) and dining area (Television has a CD/DVD & DIVX player).

The two bedrooms are separate, one has a king-size bed, the other twin beds, and both have spacious cupboards. The bedding is new, comfortable and of quality. Sheets are provided and the beds are made and ready when you arrive.

The bathroom (with window) has big storage spaces. The toilets are separate and have a window too.

There is a common cellar (with washing machine) between the two cottages.
